A comparison of the offline simulation image and the real picture of the sensor shows a high degree of similarity. Use is made of this, even prior to the initial start-up of the system, to programme analytical algorithms based on the virtual data.
The result of consistently using offline simulation is data for the design of complex component grippers and their periphery.
