Using the manufacturing simulation tool, we ensure that functional and ergonomical requirements for production facilities are met even before building the first manufacturing cell. The consistent implementation of 3D process simulations enables us to efficiently employ industry robots in the early development stage and thus ensure high process safety upon start-up.

In robot simulation, the complex process contents are displayed near reality.  In EDAG Holospace (Virtual Reality) entire manufacturing cells can be displayed three-dimensionally at full scale, and the manufacturing processes can be viewed from any perspective. The design and positioning of the tools and equipment, as well as integration of industry robots into the manufacturing cell environment, can be optimized on the model. Robot programs created and tested on the simulator can be transferred to the robot control unit.

Ergonomics simulation allows us to optimize manual activities, interactions between people and machines, and ergonomic design at an early stage.
