To achieve this, our Development Quality Team supports all quality management processes throughout the entire product creation. The process begins by developing a quality management plan and ends with monitoring defined Quality Gates. This process is complemented by quality analysis methods such as Quality Function Deployment or process feasibility studies. Deviations are recorded and monitored on database networks to ensure compliance with the quality required for the running process. The team supervises implementation of quality requirements from prototype phase through production start-up.

Developing and applying a tolerance plan is a vital element of our quality assurance during the development phase. This method takes into account all relevant tolerance deviations of the product, manufacturing facilities and production processes. Our goal is to define necessary tolerances for individual areas in order to achieve the intended overall quality under acceptable cost terms.
